Corey was kind, respectful and professional. Extremely organized and thorough. Walked us through the process, answered any questions we had and guided us in the right direction. He took exceptional photos for marketing purposes and was very quick in getting it listed and sold for top dollar value! I’d highly recommend working with Corey. I will never use a different agent after this experience!

I have known Corey for a few years but I have never used his services. Totally impressed when he came with comps and figures, very prepared for all my questions did not hesitate when I asked about comps in the area, what would be the best time for selling, and what I needed to do as a homeowner to prepare for the sale. Walked me through the whole process every step of the way and did not hesitate to answer my calls when I would panic about something, even called or stopped by with what was happening at that moment. Sent the closing papers over early and walked me through each page, by the time my closing came I was so comfortable with the process, I knew I had nothing to fear. Kept me up to date with the various stages of the paper work, even explained what I needed to do after closing and at time of move out. If I buy another home or know of someone selling I would totally recommend Corey.

Corey was so helpful with the sale of my home, he priced it dead on, took beautiful pictures and held my hand through the process. I felt completely comfortable and protected.

I would HIGHLY recommend Corey!

Corey is amazing to work with! His deep knowledge of the Royal Oak area and surrounding neighborhoods made us feel confident every step of the way. He has an incredible eye for detail, understands market trends, and offers honest, thoughtful advice to help you make the best decisions. Corey is also highly responsive, patient, and proactive- he anticipates questions before you even have to ask. His negotiation skills and professionalism ensured we got the best outcome possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through this process!

My time working with Corey was outstanding. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and dedication he provided me throughout the process of selling my house. The experience he has in this line of work is very vast and became apparent as I asked him all kinds of questions that were pertinent to my situation. The trait that stood out the most about Corey is his ability to constantly go above and beyond to make sure every important detail is taken care of. For example, prior to placing my house on the market, I found myself in a bind because I didn't have enough time in my schedule for fixing up the loose ends that needed to be taken care of with my house. This is where Corey became a difference maker and stepped in to provide a helping hand with some of the projects that needed to be completed on my house. Moreover, he has great connections to workers that can come into your house to fix or update just about anything you can think of. It was truly a pleasure working with Corey and I am very thankful for all of his time and efforts.

Corey did a phenomenal job of helping me purchase my first home. With decades of experience as realtor, he has a lot knowledge and connections that helped me make an informed decision throughout every step of the home-buying process. If you need someone that is knowledgeable, attentive and fair look no further.

We used Corey first as our agent to buy our home in Royal Oak and challenged him to help us find our most recent purchase in Northville. Corey was pivotal in our ability to secure a home in Northville after a year and a half of looking in a competitive market. We were able to secure our dream home even after being outbid because of the relationship Corey was able to make with the selling agent. His expertise, communication, and like-ability were critical in our home buying experience. We were able to renegotiate a deal and secure our home. Then Corey was able to list our home within 2 weeks of our offer being accepted and get our Royal Oak home sold for over asking the first weekend it was listed. He was knowledgeable throughout the whole process, pushed us to meet deadline, and ensured quality in the final presentation. He cares a lot about his clients and has great relationships with industry professionals. He also knows a lot of other agents and can help give insight on motives and intentions. We were so happy with all of our experiences with Corey.

I had the pleasure of working with Corey, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the very beginning, he was attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, and provided valuable insights throughout the process. Corey’s attention to detail and dedication made buying my first home a seamless and stress-free experience. He was always available when I needed him, offered sound advice, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with every decision. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and will work hard for you, I highly recommend Corey!
